Ok im in college. My dad is the biggest jerkoff in the world like i literally hate him i cant stand him hes such an @$$ hole and is so freakin crazy and controlling and i cant stand it. He is the director of financial aid at the college. so because he works there i get free tuition (lucky me) (no not really) any way. Ive been living with him for my first 2 years of college and i dont have a car so i just ride up with him everyday and i hate living in his house bcecause he like gives me no freedom at all and is always up my @$$ watching over me and is so strict with me and gives me curfews and $h!t and it sucks his curfews are like 100 and 1200. like im 21 thqats ridiculous! So next semster i wanna live there but he might not let me live on campus my mom who is divorced from him is cool with it and she is giving me 3000 towards the cost of living on campus which is 8000 total so id need to take out loan money from financial aid like every other student. and he says he can deny me loans that im eligable for just cause hes the director (he would deny me to stop me from living on campus) im eligable for 7500 in loans as a junior and he says if i want i can deny u if i want cause im your dad and i run the show in financial aid. (like how d!ck is that?) . he also said if i want i can take away your free tuition. (what an @$$hole he would look like) to take away something that costs him nothing just for spite and to stop me from living on campus and make it more difficult for me.
what should i do here?

Each of you MUST pat half the cost. The mediator will produce the document. You take it to the Clerk of the Court who will notarize and certify it. A case file will be open and a court date set. On that day you both appear and the judge reads the document to you. You are placed under oath and asked if you agree to all the provisions set out in the document? You say yes, the judge signs it, you get a copy, and you have your agreement.
